TRANSFORM YOUR TEACHING THROUGH SCIENCE, SPIRIT & SOCIAL CHANGE
The Embodied Resilience Mentorship
is for yoga and embodiment teachers interested in evolving practice and teaching by merging modern research with ancient wisdom.
I love the way you're thinking, cross-pollinating disciplines, and constantly experimenting. Your practices have always felt like playful, supple, buffet-style, resonant goodness. In LOVE with the idea of embodiment as a form of political and environmental activism.
Emma D.
Michelle truly embodies the extended training and years of teaching she's dedicated over the decades. It's clear how much passion she has and how she really lives her life through these practices.
The training was incredible.
Amy M.
The invisible, yet palpable safety net you weave is so inviting to be inside of. Your willingness to be transparent and authentic is a beautiful model for the rest of us. I wish I could find the words to let you know how met I felt and feel by you and your offerings.

PILLARS OF EMBODED RESILIENCE
Embodied practice is an invaluable tool for transformation of our individual bodymind and nervous system, as well as for collective social, cultural and ecological integration.
Yoga is an overall orientation to life that's needed in our current world ~ a view that unites rather than separates, that brings meaning and belonging to us in a time we need just that.
Science is a process of ongoing investigation that helps us personalize and amplify movement, breath and awareness practices. We learn and unlearn as a practice in itself.
