Ayurveda is a system of natural, individualized holistic wellness that has been practiced for thousands of years. The sister science to Yoga, Ayurveda's wisdom helps bring balance, wholeness & vitality to the body, mind & spirit. At the Ayurvedic Health Counselor level, we work with lifestyle, sleep, diet, herbs, meditation, breathing, movement, and other embodied practices of regulation & resilience.

Prana Vinyasa™ is a creative, full-spectrum practice of embodying the state of yoga through classical and innovative approaches to vinyāsa yoga drawn from Krishnamacharya's teachings, Tantra, Ayurveda, Bhakti and Somatics. Cultivated by Shiva Rea, Prāna Vinyāsa Yoga is rooted in aligning with the rhythms of nature, the breath, the elements, and learning to navigate the ever changing flow of life through embodied awareness.
The hoop invites the spirit of play, curiosity & discovery while supporting energetic alignment, balanced transitions, & heightened awareness from including a novel prop.
Movement sequences cultivate patience, sensitivity & awaken the experience of deep connection in the spine. The hoop teaches moving in curves, spirals, & in the non-linear world we inhabit.
