After a complex journey through body and nervous system breakdown, Michelle learned ~ the hard way ~ that the alignment she trusted was part of the problem.
That sent her on a decades-long investigation into movement science, nervous system research, and the roots of embodied yoga.
With over 25 years experience guiding embodied practices and more than 15 years training teachers, Michelle bridges cutting-edge science with ancient wisdom to help movers and teachers evolve how we understand alignment ~ maximizing benefit, minimizing harm, in support of resilience and liberation.
She is the director of the Kutilaa School of Embodied Resilience & Living Yoga.
